Joshua Bonder created Bonder Management in 2021, Ibiza-born and passionate about creating high-end experiences for his Ibiza loving clients was the big motivation to start his new venture.
​
He managed the property operations department for Bonder & Co. (purchased by Le Collectionist in 2017 as part of Gucci Group) running a portfolio in Spain of 450 properties. After the M&A Joshua became Spain´s Villa Acquisition Specialist for Le Collectionist.
​
With a degree in Operations Management, he decided to open a company that would give owners a sense of trustworthiness, managing properties like a high-end hotel whilst generating a profitable income through the luxury rental market.
